Luana Kai B309 is a modern 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that sleeps up to six guests in an excellent top-floor oceanfront location. Enjoy 1,100 square feet of luxury living space with huge vaulted ceilings throughout. Every floor and surface of this condo was recently remodeled. The kitchen, bathrooms, appliances, flooring, fixtures, furniture, beds and linens were all updated.
Gather at the large island or dine al fresco on the large covered lanai. In the newly decorated living area, you’ll find a comfortable queen sleeper sofa, a large 65” SmartTV and plenty of space to unwind. The gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and is well equipped with a generous array of cooking and dining supplies.
Relax in the master bedroom that has a California King bed, 55″ SmartTV and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom can be made up as two Twin XL beds or combined as a King, making this condo perfect for either couples or families.
Included amenities are beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler, body boards and other recreational items. Complimentary high speed wireless internet service, in-condo laundry with a large washer/dryer and iron/board are all included with your stay.

We felt like it was a great location for everything to do on that side of the island and Road To Hana was only a 25-30 drive as well. So many beautiful beaches within 20 mins of driving. Our favorite spot is a beach Luke recommended as well. You could even just have a great day hanging out at the condo with a great view from the balcony and the pool is much bigger in person than it looks in photos. Myself, 2 kids ages 11 and 4 years old had a blast and my pregnant wife had a relaxing wonderful time too. |

Instructions were clear and Luke was accommodating when we asked to mail a package to the condo. The condo was ready a couple hours earlier than expected and he let us know we could enter early if we wanted. I would definitely stay here again and would rent any of Luke’s properties. |

They had amazing amenities and the high quality of the utensils and utilities was a great surprise! The apartment looked brand new when we got there, everything was super clean! The view from the balcony is awesome! We watched a ton of whales from the lanai. The beach is a close walk from the apartment and was great to watch the sunset from. The location was amazing too! About a 3 min drive from a ton of grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants so you never really need to drive too far. The beaches where snorkeling was awesome is about a 10 min drive. Super central location, about 15-20 min from the airport so getting there is a breeze. The condo has a strict mask wearing restriction which is nice too. This place is great for a couple or a family as it is so spacious and has all the stuff you would need (beach gear, baby gear, etc..) we used the beach gear everyday which was awesome and made things super easy! If you are looking and thinking about booking this place… do it-you won’t regret it! The washer/dryer was super nice to have and so was the beach gear! We saw a ton of people on our flight back with beach gear so it was nice not to rent/purchase. We will definitely be back! |

Beach at resort was a great place for sunset. The resort’s outdoor kitchen and barbecues were a definite plus. Owner furnished a high chair and pack-n-play at no charge for our 20 month old grandchild. We found the condo very safe for the little one including the carpeted stairs. On previous trips to Maui we stayed at Ka’anapali. Kihei is a much better location for day trips. I highly recommend this resort and this particular condo. |

The Knowles were fantastic in communicating throughout the experience, and they even provided a great guide to Maui – based on their own knowledge of the island. The condo was perfect, and the Knowles thought of everything to make it that way. Our favorite touch was the beach toys/chairs and sports equipment that they provided – extremely helpful since we couldn’t bring our own. The beds were super comfortable, the condo complex was in a great location, and the Knowles provided everything one could need. 5 stars for sure! |

It has a good layout and it’s very nicely decorated and appointed. The beds and pillow were super comfortable. The grounds of the condo are in pristine condition. There is a pool and hot tub and out door cooking area with lounge chairs and an outdoor refrigerator. We enjoyed a short walk to the beach and also played pickle ball on a court near by. Be sure to reserve downtime to enjoy all of the amenities. We would recommend to our friends and would like to come back. |

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. It was quiet, without the hustle bustle of a large resort. The view was very nice from the lanai and it was conveniently located. |

| Jason W stayed March, 2019 We will definitely return ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luana Kai is amazing…and this particular unit is perfection. We love staying in Kihei and loved this rental. The decor and thoughtfulness into finishing touches is top-notch in this rental. My parents stayed in another unit at Luana Kai during our stay and it was nothing compared to the Knowles rental! We cooked ALL of our meals here…even did some baking…and the kitchen had everything that we needed. The pool area is amazing…love that there’s a shaded area and lounge chairs (not common in condos)…we ate lunch down there everyday and played cards when our kids needed breaks from the sun. The beach is perfect for kids (calm and shallow out far) and we loved that we could go for long walks. There were many long stay renters (seniors) while we were there and they were SO friendly and kind to our kids…also not always common at rentals;) Thank you Knowles family for creating this beautiful space! |
| Jennifer H stayed January, 2019 Beautiful Property ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in this condo for two weeks and it felt like home. It was beautiful, clean and was exactly as shown in the pictures. The pool area was clean and enjoyable to hang out at as well. There are a few large grassy area for kids of all ages to run around and play. We enjoyed morning walks to some of the local café/coffee shops. Everything (shops, markets, dining, beaches) were easy to get to from this location. Our family also enjoyed playing pickleball – courts on site. Every morning there was a large group of players who were local and would welcome everyone to play no matter what their ability level or age. We explored the beaches from Wailea to Kaanapali. Kihei is our favorite area to stay due to the “central” location. Thank you for sharing your home with our family it was a wonderful experience. |

The location is central on the island with the best beaches just minutes away. The condo was recently remodeled and is fully stocked with body boards, beach chairs, upscale appliances, and smart TV’s, one 65” and one 55” in the main living room and master bedroom so coming home to Netflix in the evening was pretty nice. The host responded immediately if I had any questions and was very helpful with things to do on the island. The pool and hot tub were very nice. The bbq’s were clean and well maintained. The beach is right in front of the resort. Great for evening sunset walks. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. |
