Luana Kai D203 is a sophisticated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that sleeps up to four guests in a prime beachfront location. Take in the spectacular panoramic ocean and outer island vistas from the large private lanai. You will see some of the most beautiful scarlet sunsets, turquoise ocean waters, powder blue skies, and cotton candy white clouds.
Gather at the indoor dining table or dine al fresco on the lanai. In the newly decorated living area, you’ll find a comfortable sofa, a large 55” SmartTV and plenty of space to unwind. The gourmet kitchen features high-end appliances (Subzero, Dacor, Fisher & Paykel) granite countertops and is well equipped with a generous array of cooking and dining supplies.
Relax in the romantic master bedroom and open format ensuite bathroom. The spa inspired shower is complete with a rain head shower and body sprayers. The motorized 55″ SmartTV is viewable from your California king bed.
The second bedroom can be made up as two twin beds or combined as a king, making this condo perfect for either couples or families. There is an ensuite bathroom for this bedroom that is also accessible from the main living areas.
Included amenities are beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler, body boards and other recreational items. Complimentary high speed wireless internet service, in-condo laundry with a large washer/dryer and iron/board are all included with your stay.

The kids loved the big open grass space between the condo building and the beach/courts to run and play. Pool was nice and clean. The pickleball courts were packed with players starting at 8am each day and they played non-stop until the wind picked up too much, so we heard them play all throughout the day, but it didn’t bother us or our family’s enjoyment of the property at all, in fact people watching was fun, but just something to be aware of if you’re looking for a silent view. Not loud, but not silent either. Owner was very responsive and helpful, polite and wonderful to work with. Easily a 10/10 experience for us. Would pick this unit again for our next visit!! |

The condo is fully equipped with whatever you may need for the beach (fins, chairs, boogie board, cooler, ice bags) and kitchen was fully stocked too if you want to cook. The grills at the pool area are great too! This is one of the nicest AirBnB condos we have rented. We would definitely return! |

The view and the lanai were amazing as well as the kitchen and master bedroom. The location of the condo was also ideal in Kihei allowing pretty easy travel in both directions to explore the island. While we did have one issue while we were there we were able to connect with the property manager who was able to address it within the hour. Again, a great experience to help us enjoy our family vacation in Maui. |

The location is perfect, away from the bustle of downtown Kihei and yet close enough to get anywhere quickly. The owner was pleasant and accessible and answered questions promptly. The beds are heaven! The kitchen well stocked and generous starter sets provided until you have a chance to go shopping. Although the temperature was in the 80’s each day, we never needed the AC. The breezes that flow through this unit are perfect! I would mention there is no elevator to get up to the second floor so if you have physical limitations beware that you will need to climb stairs. The beach in front of the condo is very nice and my boys enjoyed the pool at the complex one evening, too. Lots of restaurants and shops very close by, and Kihei is a great location and is easy to get anywhere else in Maui for day trips. Would definitely recommend! |

The town of Kihei where the condo is located is such a great spot. It’s close to great beaches and restaurants as well as great little shops. The grounds where the condo is located are so clean with a great pool. As far as amenities, there isn’t anything they haven’t thought of to make your trip as easy as it can be from the modern kitchen to something as simple as beach chairs with umbrella and a cooler to take with you to the beach each day. We can’t thank Luke enough for a great experience. |

In this area there are lot of locals who live here so things are a little cheaper (Like food). Tons of places to eat & grocery just about 0.5 mile away. Sunsets are so beautiful here. The condo was full of things to get you started along with beach towels, chairs, ice chest, sun screen, etc. We really enjoyed staying in this area away from Lahaina where all the resorts are. Luke was easy to work with, responsive and accommodating. So was his, on the island, property manager and his assistant when one minor issue arose (and it was no one’s fault in particular). It was solved quickly and efficiently. Property is nicely furnished and decorated, well stocked with kitchen, bathroom and beach supplies. Location in Kihei is great, with easy access to either side of the island (Wailea, Lahaina or the airport side) and to numerous beaches. Safeway grocery store is two minutes drive away. Pool/hot tub with nice, well furnished outdoor kitchen and grills are complimenting this property. This is definitely place to come back and to recommend to family and friends. |

The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal. There were plenty of beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and even a cooler. We thought that was great. The location was also perfect. We were close to many shops and restaurants. We did not spend too much time on the beach there as it was too rocky to enjoy. That however was not a big deal. There are many beaches nearby that we were able to spend time at. We would definitely stay here again. It had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. Also, the manager was available to us on our first day there. I noticed there was not a hair dryer, I called the manager and he had one dropped off within an hour. You can’t get better customer service than that. Thank you again Luke for sharing your home with us. |

The condo is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated and extremely welcoming. The location is prime to many restaurants with delcious, fantastic happy hours, some of the best coffee shops, top beaches and easy access to other parts of the island. We woke up every morning to a beautiful beach in walking distance to enjoy the perfect weather as the sun was rising. Each evening, we were able to watch the incredible sunsets on the West Side, and walk to Kihei’s best happy hour at Nalu’s. The hosts provided everything we needed to feel at home, along with an extensive list of recommendations and must-dos. We have stayed in Maui multiple times, and this has been our favorite condo so far! |

I would say perfect for a family of four. Beautiful views. Loved how they had snorkel gear and boogie boards in the condo to use. Very close to the beach as well.
