Luana Kai B314 is a modern 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo that sleeps up to six guests in an excellent top-floor oceanfront location. Enjoy 1,450 square feet of luxury living space with huge vaulted ceilings throughout. Every floor and surface of this condo was recently remodeled. The kitchen, bathrooms, appliances, flooring, fixtures, furniture, beds and linens were all updated.
Gather at the large kitchen peninsula or dine al fresco on the large covered lanai. In the newly decorated living area, you’ll find a comfortable queen sleeper sofa, a large 55” SmartTV and plenty of space to unwind. The gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and is well equipped with a generous array of cooking and dining supplies.
Relax in one of the two master bedrooms that have California King beds, 55″ SmartTV’s and an ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom can be made up as two Twin XL beds or combined as a King, making this condo perfect for couples or families.
Included amenities are beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler, body boards and other recreational items. Complimentary high speed wireless internet service, in-condo laundry with a large washer/dryer and iron/board are all included with your stay.

With 6 adults, it was great to have three bedrooms and three baths though the loft was open to the living room. It was well stocked with all that we needed to eat in. The hands juicer was used every night! There was all kinds of snorkel gear, some beach toys and 5 low beach chairs. Loved having a washer and dryer in the condo. It was a great view of the ocean and the pool. All the beds were very comfortable. It was great to have a pack and play and booster seat for our granddaughter. Looking forward to planning another trip to Maui! |

Beach is a short 2-3 min walk from the door till sand in your toes. The inside is beautifully decorated and fit the 5 of us well. We came here with my toddler and my parents. It was a great size. It has everything you need. From kitchen supplies, to beach/snorkel items, etc. We did not find ourselves needing to buy anything other than food when we arrived. We could not have asked for a better place to spend 7 days. We hope to stay here in our return vacations to Maui! |

Plus plenty of space for toddlers to sleep on the ground or babies in pack n play. Having a washer and dryer will make it hard to stay anywhere else without one! Pool was awesome. The beach was wonderful to walk along. Very few people if anyone ever. It is not a swimming or snorkeling beach. Just a relaxing walking beach. Very centrally located between getting to the west side of the island the airport and down to road to shops and restaurants. Overall a wonderful place to stay with so many little extras inside to utilize. |

The pool was closed the first day we were there but then was open the remaining days of our stay. The beach is just a short walk away which was lovely for sunsets and morning walks. There were only 4 of us in our group but you could easily fit up to 6 which would make the stay a bit more economical for larger groups. We loved playing pickleball at the public courts. Luke provides paddles if you don’t have them which was very helpful since we forgot ours. Overall, great spot! |

There are a few items in the cabinet that are extremely usually, such as boogie boards, pool towels, umbrellas, chairs, pot, pans and many other useful items. I can’t describe how great this place is. There is even a nice booklet with information regarding many local things to do. From sight seeing to local eats, the booklet is a useful item if you don’t know what to do. The decor wad amazing as well. The bathrooms felt like a spa, and the furniture had wonderful form and function. |

The condo had just enough space to accommodate all 8 of us. The location in the heart of Kihei is superior to most other condos or hotels in the area. We could walk or drive 5-10 minutes to the beach, grocery store, restaurant, etc. it was amazing! Our children enjoyed their time at the pool when we weren’t at the beach. Condo came with tons of beach items for our stay. We didn’t see the need to rent any equipment. Dishwasher and laundry appliances worked well and we utilized them daily. Can’t find a single complaint. It was just what we needed for vacation! Highly recommend eating dinner on the lanai during sunset. Thanks for sharing your space with us. |

The condo is fresh and modern, well appointed, comfy beds, gorgeous big lanai, efficient AC, lots of beach paraphernalia. And we LOVED the guide to Maui that Maisie made. We used that a ton. |

First, there are three separate and private spaces for the family to spread out. My girls shared the loft upstairs with it’s own bathroom while our son had his own room and bathroom downstairs. The master bedroom/bath is really nice with it’s own slider to the patio. There is a beautiful view from the very large patio reminding you each morning that you’re in beautiful Hawaii. The kitchen is really nice and well stocked with pots/pans/blender/etc. Included with the rental is an assortment of beach gear (chairs, cooler, boogie boards, umbrellas) that have you enjoying the beach with no work at all. The condo is located in Kihei which is a mix of vacation rentals and a very local Hawaiian town. It’s less developed and touristy than Wailea to the south. The location is great through because it’s centrally located to get to different parts of the island very quickly. You will need to have a car. Luke was a great host. I would highly recommend this property! |

The condo is located on a long stretch of beach which is great for watching the sunset. You can view the beach and ocean from the expansive patio. The house was very clean and decorated very modern. It is located in a great part of Kihei on the beach side of the main road with easy access to great beaches and has an off the beaten track sort of feel. My favorite thing to do each day was walk down to the beach any time of day and enjoy the turtles that frequent the waters in front and just south of the property. Nice complex and this unit has a water view from a fabulous lanai but not a sunset view. The sunsets here are fabulous and can be seen just a few short steps from the condo. The beach has a bay style feel, so no waves to note but fun to put on a pair of goggles and swim around with the turtles. Luke is a great host and communication was easy. Would stay here again next chance I get. |
