Knowles Maui is a vacation rental brand offering multiple luxury oceanfront condos for rent on the South shore of Maui.
Most condos in Maui are tired and dated on the inside, and many don’t even have air conditioning. When you book a Knowles Maui condo, rest assured that you’ll be staying in a beautifully designed beach home with great ocean views, loads of amenities and cold AC throughout.
Our condos are at two of the nicest oceanfront resorts on Maui, having sandy beaches, heated pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, putting greens and more. We like the South shore of Maui because of the nice sandy beaches, great restaurants and shopping, as well as it’s proximity to most of the fun stuff to do on the island.
Our Maui Story
We fell in love with Maui during a two-week Christmas vacation at the end of 2016. By the time we left the island we were under contract to purchase a condo.
It seems like we spend more and more time on Maui every year. Currently, we spend most of our summer, Thanksgiving and Christmas in Maui. The rest of the year is spent in Colorado.
We originally purchased our first condo with the idea that it would be a vacation home for us, but somehow it turned into a vacation rental business with six condos at two resorts. We’re still not sure how that happened. Maisie designs the interiors and Luke takes care of the marketing and management of the properties. We have a great team of on-island managers, housekeepers and maintenance personnel that make this business work.
Book Direct
Even though we use websites like VRBO and Airbnb to market our condos, we encourage smart travelers to book direct with us so that they can save more money. These websites have additional service fees that can be as much as 10-15% of the total stay. We don’t charge a service fee.
